At Island Chrono Craft, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
